Sam Krauss
Sam is a licensed Realtor® and property manager with ERA Realsolutions Realty, specializing in commercial real estate in Central Ohio. As an active investor with multiple properties, he has extensive experience in real estate investment and property maintenance. Sam co-owns Astrid Improvements, a renovation company, and is also an attorney licensed in Ohio and Oregon (inactive). In his personal time, he enjoys quality moments with his family and dogs in the tranquil woods Southern Ohio.
Aaron Meier
Aaron is a licensed Realtor® and property manager with ERA RealSolutions Realty specializing in commercial property management in Central Ohio. He co-owns Astrid Improvements, focusing on home and rental renovations. A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Aaron served as a field wire and switchboard technician. He previously ran a commercial landscaping business and was Production Manager at BrightView Landscapes, gaining over eight years of in operations and customer service. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, football, bowling, driven by discipline and community commitment.
